However, if you have any complaints about the service provided to you by Austral Risk Services, please contact Austral Risk Services Complaint's Officer, Ms Tracy Jardine on 08 9344 6650 or put your complain in writing and send to the Customer Services Officer at Austral Risk Services, 33 Cedric Street, Stirling, WA, 6021. Please mark the envelope ‘Notice of Complaint’.
We will work to resolve the matter as quickly and efficiently as possible. We will acknowledge you in writing and make every attempt to resolve your complaint fairly and efficiently within 45 days. We will keep your informed about how we handle your complaint and provide you with reasons for our decisions. If we require further information to determine or resolve your compliant, then we will inform you of this and agree an appropriate time frame, keeping you informed of the progress.
If the complaint can’t be resolved to your satisfaction within 45 days, you have the right to refer the matter to Financial Ombudsman Services (FOS).
